What Is the Employer’s Obligation?
Employers are required to report the overtime worked during the calendar year to the Labor Inspectorate by January 31 of the following year.

- Fill out the standard form for reporting overtime.
- Submit the data by January 31!
- Keep in mind that all overtime worked by employees must be recorded in a special logbook.
